HOW MUCH DOES IT COST? The cost varies depending on which piece of pottery you choose. We have a large selection of ceramics starting from £8 to £30+.
WHEN WILL MY POTTERY BE READY? It takes around 10 days for us to prepare, glaze, and fire your pottery. If anything is going to take longer than that, we'll let you know. Please message before collecting to check we are open if you have a long way to travel.
DO YOU SERVE FOOD AND DRINKS? We have a selection of drinks and snacks available to purchase. This is not included in your ceramics spend and must be paid in addition.
HOW CAN I PAY? We take contactless or cash payments.
HOW DO I BOOK? You can call, message, email or book online. Or just call in and we will see if there is a table for you.
We require a non-refundable deposit for tables/parties. This can however, be transferred to another date with 24 hours notice, within 4 weeks.
WHAT IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG? Unfortunately, there is a small risk that your pottery item may be damaged or with slight imperfections during the firing process. This is beyond our control, and we understand how disappointing it can be. However, if you decide not to keep the item we'll let you paint the same item again, free of charge.
All items are individually hand dipped and glazed, and not run off a production line. Sometimes there are imperfections, that's what makes them unique.
CAN I USE MY OWN PAINT? No, the paints we provide are specialty underglazes for use in the kiln. Using any other paints or pens will burn off in the firing process.
